Menorah Family Worship Center is a faith-based nonprofit organization (Church). We value integrity, transparency, and stewardship in all financial matters.

1. Donations

All donations made to Menorah Family Worship Center are voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been submitted, whether online, in person, or through a third-party platform, it is considered a completed charitable contribution and cannot be refunded, except in the case of a verified processing error.

2. Errors or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed without your authorization, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

After review, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for legitimate errors.

3. Event Registrations, Programs, or Paid Services

For events, conferences, training programs, or other paid services hosted by Menorah Family Worship Center:

• Refund eligibility, if any, will be clearly stated on the event or service registration page.

• If no refund policy is stated, all payments are considered final.

• In cases where an event is canceled by MFWC, registrants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future event (at the participant’s choice).

4. Digital Content

All purchases of digital products or content (including recordings, downloadable materials, or online resources) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Tax Considerations

Donations made to Menorah Family Worship Center may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Once a donation receipt has been issued, refunds may not be possible due to tax reporting requirements.

7. Policy Updates

Menorah Family Worship Center reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
