- Contact & prayer requests. When you use our contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter are sent to us by email so we can respond to you.
- Gallery comments. If you leave a comment on a photo, the name and comment you submit are stored and displayed publicly. Comments are moderated.
- Gallery “likes.” Likes are recorded using a random, anonymous identifier saved in your browser. They are not linked to your name or contact information.
- Event & ministry sign-ups. If you register for an event or ministry, we collect the details you provide on that form.
- Church games. If you join a church game, the display name you choose is shown to other participants during that game.
- Donations. Donations are processed on our separate giving page hosted by Wix (give.mfwc.church). Any payment and donor details you enter there are handled by Wix and its payment processors under their own policies. We do not collect or store your card details on this website.

- Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security, troubleshooting, and to keep the site running.
